Mallory serves Liberal Arts students through career coaching and support in all aspects of career search. She enjoys helping students explore career options, and prepare for interviews and job offer negotiations. Additionally, Mallory works with employers on their recruitment needs and discusses the many ways they can promote on campus and hire Baylor students.

Mallory graduated from Texas Tech University with a B.A. in Public Relations in 2017. With her passion for building quality relationships and telling a compelling story, Mallory understands the value of networking and utilizing one’s talents to make an impact in any position. Prior to her current role at Baylor University, Mallory worked in marketing for various companies like SeaWorld San Antonio, The Pet Vet Dallas, and The Tadpole Agency in Lubbock, Texas. She used her skills and knowledge of photography and videography, as well as creative writing to create engaging digital content that told the unique story of each of these companies. After 4 years in marketing, Mallory moved to Waco after getting engaged to her husband to work as an Admissions Counselor for her alma mater. She thoroughly enjoyed helping Waco area students become Red Raiders. When she decided to make a career change, Mallory looked to Baylor University for its academic excellence, Christian values, rich traditions, and tireless service to the community.

Mallory grew up in Lubbock, Texas on the rolling plains of what many believe is just a desert. She loved every minute of riding horses, enjoying local events, and cheering on her Red Raiders. While Mallory is a Lubbock flatland native, she is no stranger to heights. She spent a large amount of her life in the mountains of Ruidoso, New Mexico, hiking the tallest peaks, capturing beautiful wildlife in photos, and searching for the best fried green chile strips this side of the Southwest.  Mallory now enjoys every aspect of being a Wacoan. She loves exploring the city, reading, traveling, photography, horseback riding (her favorite discipline is barrel racing), and spending time with her family. She may not be swimming with dolphins anymore, but if you ask her any question about any animal, she is guaranteed to have a fun fact for you.
