Full time general MBA students are required to take two Career Management courses (BUS 5111 and BUS 5112) as part of the MBA curriculum. Students will explore career passion and calling, personal strengths and weaknesses, as they focus on the industry, company, and position they want to attain.
Priority is placed on securing a meaningful internship experience and positioning each student for the best possible employment opportunity. The courses assist in refining leadership, communication, and employable attributes and skills. Topics covered include the following:

- How to Develop Emotional Intelligence
- Networking assistance
