Canvas Support
Click the "Help" link in Canvas to contact Canvas support directly. If you have a problem that can only be resolved by Baylor Canvas administrators, Canvas support technicians will refer your request back to Baylor's Help Desk.
Step 1
In Canvas, click the "Help" link in the bottom lefthand corner:

Select the appropriate support service in the following menu. Users may search the Canvas user guides, submit a ticket to Instructure, chat directly with an Instructure support representative, or call support directly:
