Campus Recreation is wholly committed to providing a safe and enjoyable workout experience for Baylor students, faculty, staff, and families. Here are a few of the things we have implemented in our facility for the benefit of our members:
Wearing of a facemask is required during an employee's shift, and gloves are required while cleaning equipment.
Campus Rec staff will follow Texas State Guidelines and clean equipment before and after every use.
Workout area equipment is cleaned regularly with industry leading, cleaners before and after members use the equipment.
Workout equipment has been spaced out to follow physical distancing guidelines. In spaces where moving equipment is impractical, machines are clearly labeled "Unavailable." Equipment is rotated regularly to maximize usage and maintenance.
Hand sanitizing stations are placed throughout the building. Over 20 stations are available for use.
Signage and directional cues are placed around the building to maintain physical distancing guidelines while you move around the SLC. Doors are clearly marked Entrance Only or Exit Only.
