Belay Clinic
  • Dates: Monday-Friday

  • Location: Rock Climbing Wall

  • Please register at the front desk or ONLINE prior to the start of class. Spaces fills on a first come, first serve basis
  • No experience needed, but must have a Rock General Climbing Membership prior to participation
Intro to Lead Climbing
  • Dates: Feb 9, 23 | Mar 16, 30 | Apr 13
  • NEW Time: 6PM-9PM
  • Location: Rock Climbing Wall
  • Cost: $10
  • Register at the SLC Service Desk or ONLINE by 5PM on the day of clinic
  • Participants must have a current belay certification from the Rock Climbing Wall
Intro to Outdoor Climbing/Lead 2.0
  • Date: Apr 18
  • Time: 6PM-9PM
  • Location: Rock Climbing Wall
  • Cost: $10
  • Register at the SLC Service Desk or ONLINE by 5PM on the day of clinic
  • Participants must have a current belay certification from the Rock Climbing Wall.
  • Prerequisite: Lead Climbing certification.
Sailing Clinic
  • Dates: Tues & Wed beginning 3/14
  • Time: 5-7:00PM
  • Location: Pullin Family Marina
  • Cost: $5
  • Register at the SLC Service Desk or ONLINE by 3PM on the day of the clinic
  • No experience necessary
Pedal Paddle
  • Dates: Mar 25 | Apr 1, 15, 29
  • Time: 9AM - 12PM
  • Location: Pullin Family Marina
  • Equipment provided
  • Cost: $10
  • Register at the SLC Service Desk or ONLINE by the day prior
  • Meet OA staff for a guided ride along the Brazos River through downtown Waco to Cameron Park. Swap out your bike for a kayak & paddle back to campus
Mountain Bike Trail Rides
  • Dates: Wednesdays beginning Mar 15
  • Time: 4:30-6:30 PM
  • Location: Meet @ Cameron Park, Northern Gateway Park (transportation not provided)

  • Cost: $10
  • Registration Deadline: 5pm the day before. Register at the SLC Service Desk or ONLINE.
  • Meet OA Mountain Bike guides for a quick bike tutorial and safety lesson followed by time on the trails. Cameron Park offers opportunities for skills development on a trail system ranging from beginner to advanced terrain
