The Strengths assessment, now taken by over 8 million people, offers insights into how we can identify, develop, and apply our talents, skills, and knowledge to be our best personally and professionally. Prior to this seminar, you will be provided a code to access the Strengths assessment and will receive a report detailing your top 5 Strength Themes.

Learning Objectives:

- Learn what constitutes a strength and how we develop them

- Discuss each of the 34 strength themes, highlighting the behaviors and blind spots associated with each of them
