DescriptionThe "Love your Body" series is an effort to provide an uplifting and encouraging outlet for women looking to improve their physical health. Every week the series will consist of a different work-out that includes various forms of exercise such as strength training, power yoga, Pilates, Zumba, and more! Additionally, we will provide healthy recipes, ways to incorporate exercise into daily activities, and further inspiration and tips for learning to support your own physical health while maintaining a positive attitude throughout the week.
