Supersymmetry Searches Using Vector Boson Fusion Present and Future
New physics beyond the Standard Model continues to allude LHC experimentalists. One such allusive theory is Supersymmetry (SUSY). This talk will briefly highlight the status quo of SUSY searches as well as current and future searches using Vector Boson Fusion (VBF) processes.
VBF is a powerful tool to search for electroweak SUSY particles, particularly in compressed spectra, and also holds promise for top
squark searches in otherwise challenging scenarios such as `Rubicon' regions where the top squark mass is roughly equal to the neutralino
plus top quark mass. We will discuss the status quo of 8 TeV searches as well as the promise and challenges of such searches at 14 TeV
