This is a free family event open to the Waco/area community on Thursday, Sept 12^th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m..  Judge Starr will speak and welcome all to the BRIC. Dinner will be served outside.  Please let us know you are coming through online registration.  Since the eating can only take place outside, in
case of rain, this event will be cancelled.  Hosted by Baylor University and the Baylor Waco Foundation.
