| Description | Presented by Judge Tonya Parker, 116th Judicial District Court in Dallas County Judge Parker will address the work of the Dallas County Implicit Bias Task Force for which she is the Chair. She will share the work of the Task Force over the last 5 years to secure an implicit bias jury instruction included in the TEXAS RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE and the Pattern Jury Charge books (including a discussion about why it is important to do so) and an update on the Task Force progress.
