DescriptionIn Dr. Katie Larson's ARTH 1300-AAI "Introduction to Art" course, Dr. Alexandra Letvin, Assistant Curator of American and European Art at the Allen Memorial Art Museum at Oberlin College, will discuss museum inclusivity. Dr. Letvin will share her research on how museums can be made into welcoming spaces for diverse populations. She will introduce students to the role of the museum curator, discuss her current projects, and show how she has sought respond to contemporary social justice issues through various exhibitions.
