| Description | The Texas Collection and Department of History will once again host their annual Open House and parade viewing tent at Carroll Library. The Texas Collection will host an Open House beginning at 8:00 a.m. that will last until the end of the parade. Parade viewers are welcome to visit the library and check out the latest exhibits. Light refreshments will be served. The parade watching tent is located just off the Fifth Street Promenade outside of Carroll Library. |
