Working with Fondant: Flowers and Cake Covering

DescriptionYou are comfortable with the basics of buttercream frosting decorations and you are ready to enter the world of fondant. With Alisa Dabney, you will learn how to completely cover a cake with fondant and create stunning decorations and flowers. You will investigate the best store-bought options and practice making your own fondant from scratch. You need to bring fondant and tools to the first session (not included in registration fee, around $40 total, a supply list will be provided) and a baked cake to decorate at the last class session.
