This session is part of a series for Baylor Law’s Legal Mapmaker program. The program has been developed by Baylor Law, in collaboration with all the other Texas law schools, to create a comprehensive plan for lawyer to successfully start their own law firms. This session will discuss entity formation and issues related to formation, whether to go virtual or start a brick-and-mortar office, the office policies you’ll want to have in place, running your office, and the steps you need to take when making your first hire.
