|Description||Losing a spouse is devastating emotionally, mentally, and physically. But it doesn’t have to throw you into financial nightmare of hunting for legal and financial papers, account numbers, sources to notify, etc. There are many things that you can prepare ahead of time for the “unexpected inevitable.” This session will provide guidance on what to do when to make the transition smoother for the spouse left behind.|
1. Recognize which activities should be accomplished before and/or after loved one’s passing.
2. Complete a guide sheet of financial notebooks to establish and maintain for record keeping and important papers.
3. Understand the purpose of Advance Directives and the process of probate.
