DescriptionJay A. Brown was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in June 2016. Mr. Brown was Crown Castle's Chief Financial Officer from July 2008 to May 2016. Prior to that, Mr. Brown served as Treasurer of Crown Castle from May 2004. Since joining Crown Castle in August 1999, he has served in a number of positions in corporate development and corporate finance. Prior to joining Crown Castle, Mr. Brown worked for a start-up health care company and Arthur Andersen LLP. Mr. Brown holds a BBA from Baylor University.
