DescriptionTai chi is a gentle exercise of the body and mind. Join Omar Salazar to learn the 24 movements that comprise this “meditation in motion.” By the end of this course, you will build these 24 steps into one graceful movement. Mr. Salazar follows the Sun style, which uses a higher stance and eliminates deep knee bending, ideal for those who may suffer from arthritis. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and soft-soled shoes that have grip or tread. Upon completion of this course, participants will be eligible to purchase a discounted monthly membership at WRS Athletic Club.
