DescriptionMediterranean cuisine is a palate-pleasing and healthy way to get a taste of cultures from the other side of the world. Karyn Miller Brooks will teach you to create a full Mediterranean meal, from appetizers to desserts, based on recipes from Spain, Italy, Greece, and Lebanon. Come hungry and plan to dine on what you and your classmates cook up together. All supplies are included. Please register by Oct 1.
