Description | You can learn to engage community conversations and relationships with the confidence and intention to cultivate deeper relationships. In this introductory course, Cheryl Miller, a Credentialed Advanced Mediator (CAM), explores the basics of facilitated dialogue and restorative justice circles. Restorative justice circles are a structural framework used to build relationships and to address conflict within a community, offering a different way to respond to the controversial as well as everyday challenges we face. In this interactive training, you will practice a variety of facilitation tools along with restorative justice circles. |
