DescriptionMotivational Interviewing (MI) is a counseling approach that helps guide individuals from ambivalence towards decision and active change. Many professionals have opportunities to implement MI in their practice, including social workers, counselors, correctional workers, law enforcement authorities, educators, and church leaders. W. C. “Dub” Wright, LPCS, is a member of the Motivational Interviewers International Network of Trainers (MINT) and has facilitated MI trainings since 1993. With Dub Wright, you will learn how to guide collaborative and goal-oriented conversations. CEUs for LMSWs and LPCs, including one ethics CEU, are available upon completion of the course and after payment of an extra $10 fee.
