DescriptionDr. Deborah Holland, Assistant Vice Provost for Research and Director of Compliance, will discuss major changes to 45CFR46 that will go into effect in January 2018. Dr. Holland will answer questions about changes that affect human subject research and how it may affect policies and procedures at Baylor University. Dr. Holland will also help us understand important changes at the NIH that will impact NIH-funded research involving human subjects. Information in this session will be very useful to faculty considering applying to NIH for support.We’ll meet from 1:30 to 3:00 PM in Kaiser Auditorium (Hankamer 101) on Friday, September 15th. This meeting is open to all faculty and students involved in research. No RSVP is necessary.
