| Description | Noted speaker, author, and former Mayor of New York City Rudy Giuliani joins Baylor President and Chancellor Ken Starr for the first On Topic of the Fall 2015 semester. Admission is free and requires a ticket. This event is sold out, but there are a limited number of tickets available in an overflow area within the Waco Hall complex. General admission tickets will be available beginning September 8 through the Bill Daniel Student Center Ticket Office from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday to Friday, on a first-come, first-served basis through September 22. Any remaining tickets will be available at the Waco Hall Ticket Office on the day of the event, beginning at 2 p.m. |
