Description | The Laura Blanche Jackson Endowed Memorial Lectureship in World Issues was created by Laura's family and many friends in memory of her abundant life. The 2012 speaker will be Dr. David Lampton, Dean of Faculty, George and Sadie Hyman Professor of China Studies, and Director of the China Studies Program at Johns Hopkins University. Past Jackson Lectures have featured such distinguished scholars as Dr. Michael Mandelbaum, Dr. George Weigel, Mr. Charles Hill, Dr. Robert J. Lieber, and Dr. Andrew C. Kutchins. |
