Description
Classic French music takes center stage at the Waco Symphony's season opener. Poulenc creates a dramatic dialogue between two keyboards and the supporting orchestra. Berlioz and Massenet use colorful orchestration and striking dance rhythms to create evocative vitality in their works, while Saint-Saëns provides a bit of whimsy to bring the sounds of a carnival of animals to life.

Twin pianists Christina and Michelle Naughton have dazzled audiences around the world with their virtuoso performances, and narrator Coach Scott Drew brings his winning ways to the stage, collaborating with the pianists.

POULENC: Concerto for Two Pianos and Orchestra
SAINT-SAËNS: Carnival of the Animals
