| Description | This Virtual Learning Network (VLN) collaboration is led by Baylor University’s Center for School Leadership (BCSL) and The Church of England Foundation for Educational Leadership (CEFEL) which is regathering the New Leaders Virtual Learning Network. The Virtual Network is developed around the research and ideas of networked improvement communities (NIC) and Collective Leadership that will focus on improving the capacity of the participants and their schools and to partner Christian schools to fulfill their missions individually and as a cohort. This is for those who showed dedication and interest throughout the course of the 2020-21 VLN as well as those who expressed interest in continuing the conversations around “who’s missing from our schools” and “how do we create more just schools?” |
