Mental Health Awareness Month: Texas Lawyers' Assistance Program Debuts New Film Targeting Depression and Suicide Among Lawyers

DescriptionThe Texas Lawyers' Assistance Program has created a video and educational program that seeks to educate the legal community about the signs that someone may be suffering from depression and vulnerable to suicide. Lawyers can earn one hour of free ethics continuing legal education credit for watching the video. During this Professional Development Program session, we will screen the 27-minute film and have a Q&A with Professor Bridget Fuselier and Director of Admissions and Financial Aid Katherine Sims about the law school’s efforts to support students' mental health.
