Brooke graduated from Baylor in 2020 with a BA/ MA of Arts. She was a member of Lambda Pie Eta Communications Honor society, Baylor Athletics Leadership society, B Association and Baylor Ambassadors. She suffered a massive brain injury after a horse accident during her senior year of high school, but she didn’t let it deter her from attending Baylor. She made the Dean’s List and received academic honors through the National Collegiate Equestrian Association NCEA. She started her career in restaurant and event management for Marriott International at the Gaylord Texan in Grapevine. When her position was furloughed due to COVID-19, she decided to start her own floral business. During the National Snaffle Bit Association World Championship Show in August of 2020, she arranged flowers for her friend for Hero’s on Horses which helps disabled veterans through Equine Therapy. Blooms by Brookie was incorporated shortly after and chosen to be the floral design company for multiple major breed championship horse shows in 2020. She also uses her skills for weddings and various events. She started the Petal Party Program which allows her to combine her love of teaching with her passion of flowers.
