Ms. O’Neil is also a success coach, motivational speaker, and author, and she is an entrepreneur who always seeks to stay ahead of the curve. Ms. O’Neil has mentored many young lawyers throughout her career, making her the ideal speaker to share with Baylor Law students the Zoom and other technology skills students must possess for their Summer 2021 clerks and first-year associate positions.
