Description	BUWC presents Dr. Rebecca Poe Hays for a national virtual Lunch & Learn. Dr. Hays will discuss how we are living in challenging times and issues related to health, politics, economics, race, gender, and more have left us reeling and exhausted. Though compromised of prayers that are thousands of years old, the book of Psalms is a tremendous resource for trauma healing and resilience building in our world today.
