DescriptionBaylor Opera Theater presents Lee Hoiby's "Bon Appetit!" from 1989, a delicious comedic portrayal of Julia Child's popular television show. David Estrada stars as the flamboyant master chef, teaching the makings of a classic French chocolate cake. Baylor Opera Theater is directed by Dr. Jen Stephenson.
