| Description | Former U.S. Congressmen Alan Steelman and Chet Edwards will be joined by Baylor Professor of Law Rory Ryan for a panel discussion moderated by Baylor Professor of History Stephen Sloan. The panel will explore the impeachment proceedings of former presidents Richard Nixon and Bill Clinton as a framework in which to understand the impeachment proceedings of President Donald Trump. Steelman served in the U.S. Congress during the impeachment proceedings of Nixon, and Edwards served during the proceedings against Clinton.
