In this seminar, attendees will get an overview of how academic and administrative organizations work in Canvas. After completing this class, you will be able to

Request an organization, if you have not already done so,
Schedule events,
Upload files to your Canvas organization,
Use Modules to organize content,
Use Announcements and Conversations, and
Add People into your Organization

Since courses and organizations in Canvas function identically, attendees may either use a demo course or an actual organization to participate in this session. To request a demo course or organization, please visit our Request Form Page (faculty/staff only) at least one business day prior to the seminar to complete the appropriate request form.
