Intended specifically for instructors of record, this seminar is part of the Canvas U series and was designed to be completed sequentially. To enroll in this course, you must first register for Canvas U, Part 1: Content Organization & Delivery to be eligible to participate in the remaining Canvas U sessions.
This is the fourth course in our sequence of the serialized version of the popular "Canvas Core" in which attendees will learn more about:
• Taking Attendance
• Messaging students
• Making Announcements
• Using the Calendar
• Cross-listing courses
• Managing Notifications
After completing part 4, students will be ready to move on to Canvas U, Part 5: Advanced Topics & Open Discussion.
NOTE: Attendees need to bring their own laptops to class, and seating for each Canvas U series is limited to 10 faculty members. Attendees may request a rental machine through the TechPoint service desk in the garden level of Moody Library.
