Ed Burger to give talks in the sixth annual Baylor Lecture Series in Mathematics February 19-20

Description

Edward B. Burger, Professor of Mathematics and President of Southwestern University (and former Cherry Award winner and Vice Provost for Strategic Educational Initiatives at Baylor University) will be giving his public lecture, entitled "Thinking Through Your Education: The Five Elements of Effective Thinking", today at 4 pm in D109 of the BSB. This is the first of two lectures which he will deliver in the sixth annual Baylor Undergraduate Lecture Series in Mathematics.

All students, faculty, and friends are encouraged and welcome to attend. There will be a reception for Dr. Burger immediately following his lecture on the east foyer side of the second floor of the BSB.
