DescriptionNonprofit organizations are stewards of important work and limited resources. To better focus efforts and dollars where they will make the greatest impact, organizations must plan strategically – but what does that mean? Join instructor Megan Henderson to examine the elements needed to prepare for, target, manage and evaluate a strategic planning process. You will consider different process tools and frameworks, the composition of the planning team, and the internal and external engagement with the plan’s contents after adoption. Join this course to learn a continual rhythm of planning and evaluation to effectively link your organization’s work to its outcomes.
