Deep Learning for Medical Image Processing
Deep learning is a new area of machine learning that is promising for general artificial intelligence. It leverages big data, software algorithms and hardware computing power to enable machines to learn quickly, accurately, and on a large scale. Some of todays learning systems can achieve recognition accuracy at a higher level than ever before, sometimes even exceeding human level performance.
This presentation describes current deep learning methods such as convolutional neural networks, recurrent neural networks, deep reinforcement learning, and deep generative models. We will reveal the key ideas of these methods and how they can be applied to medical image processing and the like.
