Targeting Cancer Cell Movement and Metastasis
Most cancer deaths result from metastasis, the spread of cancer cells to surrounding tissue and more distant organs, and not from the primary tumor itself. In this talk, we will look at the metastatic process, and our progress in examining drug mechanism that interfere with it by targeting specific proteins.
