DescriptionMotivational Interviewing (MI) is a counseling approach that helps guide individuals from ambivalence towards decision and active change through collaborative conversations. Social workers, counselors, correctional workers, law enforcement authorities, educators, and church leaders can all implement MI in their work. Instructor W. C. “Dub” Wright is a member of the Motivational Interviewers International Network of Trainers and has facilitated trainings since 1993.
