DescriptionThis course on the cuisine of southern China will inspire you to grow beyond simply following a recipe. Instructor Dennis Tang will introduce students to the common and exotic spices and ingredients for Cantonese stir-fry. Through demonstrations, hands-on practice, and plenty of opportunities to taste, you will learn how to mix and match meats, seafood, and many vegetables to develop a repertoire of Cantonese dishes and discover the secrets to making a variety of classic stir-fry sauces. All ingredients and supplies are included in the cost of the course. Adults 18 and older are welcome.
