Description "Making the Movement Matter" The goal of the Big XII Conference on Black Student Government will be to provide leadership to African American collegians on colleges and universities with leadership training and development so that we can individually impact our campuses and be the one. The conference is designed to address the many issues that face African-American students on their respective campuses. These issues include but are not limited to; career exploration and networking, retention, academic success, recruitment programs, male/female relationships, student apathy, financial management, black Greek letter organization issues, and most importantly on issues of civility and responsibility.
