Max Lazovick

Max Lazovick is a retired Senior Client Partner for Korn Ferry, a global management consulting firm providing organizational strategy and solutions. With the company for over 27 years, she began as a salesperson and progressed into various leadership positions in business and talent development, operations, and sales enablement.

As a Client Partner, Max viewed Korn Ferry's talent management capabilities as a box of jigsaw puzzle pieces. “Clients counted on me to work with them to create their picture on the top of the jigsaw puzzle box, and then connect all of our resources to bring that picture to life.” During her time with Korn Ferry, she gained deep experience in the consumer goods, retail, energy, and manufacturing sectors.

Max graduated from Lesley College, now Lesley University, with both undergraduate and graduate degrees in Special Education and taught for nine years before transitioning into sales. In addition to her position on the ProSales Advisory Board, she has been actively involved with various non-profit organizations including the Susan G. Komen Foundation, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.

Looking back over her career, Max holds that her love for educating people served as a constant thread. She considers her greatest professional and personal accomplishments to be hiring and training people and helping them to be successful.

Max would like to encourage current ProSales students to explore their interests and find something they are passionate about to sell. “Your passion will be contagious to your clients, and at the end of the day, this passion makes your job fulfilling.”
