But, goals aren't just what you set for yourself. It's what you set as part of a team. It's never too early to set career goals. Begin by asking questions. Find a role model, a mentor, who holds the position you want to attain some day. Build a network of professionals, friends, and family to support you in your quest. Discern your calling and purpose in life. Then commit yourself. Begin with the end in mind.
