Baylor’s Executive MBA Program in Dallas Names Mawet DirectorOct. 3, 2017
Baylor University is pleased to welcome Sharon Mawet as the new director of the Executive MBA Program in Dallas (DEMBA).
Through her position, Mawet will specifically support the mission of the program by providing direction in marketing, public relations, and the daily operations of the Executive MBA Program in Dallas. Other duties include recruiting students as well as establishing and building relationships with key stakeholders.
“Sharon brings a wealth of expertise from her career in consulting. She previously served as the co-director of the Dallas EMBA program and has worked at the highest levels to build an incredibly successful program in Dallas. I look forward to working with her and the Dallas EMBA team to serve and inspire an even greater number of students,” said Gary Carini, associate dean, Graduate Business Programs.
Before her time as director, Mawet previously co-shared the position with J.L. Radford-Williard from 2008 to 2013. She also served as the assistant director for a year before that. Mawet has experience volunteering for Dallas International School as well as providing solutions for clients as a manager at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young.
Mawet received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Communications from Concordia University and her Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.
