MIS Program Win's Innovative Achievement Award for WiFi Coaching ProgramMay 6, 2015
The Southwestern Business Dean's Association Awarded Baylor's MIS Program Runner-up in the Bobby G. Bizzell Innovative Achievement Award competition. The award recognizes Baylor's WiFi Coaching Program, where MIS majors work with fans at Baylor's new football stadium to use the stadium's InGame technology. As WiFi coaches, the MIS major cultivate their soft skills like empathy, patience and agility. As part of a partnership with Baylor's Information Technology Services program, the students majors also get to help implement cutting edge technology.
