The Baylor Executive MBA Program assists EMBA students gain the skills that lead to life-long career management. We produce competent, confident, successful business leaders who are known for their integrity, decision-making skills and ability to work effectively with others.

Career Resources Include:

    Our students have the opportunity to work with an Executive Coach during the program. The students have a choice between multiple premiere professional coaches that work with our students to help them identify career goals and align these objectives with their passions.
  • Self-Assessment

    Through Career Management Services our students will have access to numerous self-assessment tools. In addition, several assessments are also embedded into our curriculum. Some of these tools include:

    • Leadership Development Challenge where you define your personal mission and leadership goals

    Our Director of Career Management is available to help you throughout the program as well as an alumnus. The Director's goals are to help you discover your career passion and turn that passion into career success. Examples of services provided include:
