Events - Visit Us
In response to the latest "social distancing" guidelines from the CDC and in an effort to keep our current and prospective Baylor Family safe, all in-person campus visits and events have been temporarily postponed until further notice. We have released a full slate of virtual opportunities to connect you with our students, faculty, and staff. It's our hope to resume in-person visits at some point in the semester. In the meantime, we encourage you to schedule a phone call or virtual info session or sign up to join one of our virtual classes to learn more about the MBA program.
Be sure to check back for ongoing updates for our Coffee Chats, Class Visits, Info Sessions, and info about our 2021 Done in a Week events! We've worked hard to put together another semester of great opportunities to meet our faculty, network with current students, and to experience the collaborative and welcoming culture of the Baylor MBA.
No hype. No pressure. We promise. Just a personal invitation to discover more about the Baylor MBA program in a way that's easy for you. How would you like to get to know us?
- Coffee Chats (Admissions, Career Management, Curriculum, etc.)
- Networking Panels with Current Students and Faculty
- One-on-one Appointments with Admissions
Info sessions are presentations that allow you the opportunity to learn more about specific aspects of the Baylor MBA program. These presentations will typically be accompanied by a Q&A session to give you the chance to get your questions answered while networking with the Baylor MBA team. While our Coffee Chats are more conversational in style, Info Sessions are more of an informational presentation.
Info Session dates will be coming soon! Please be sure to check back in.

MBA applicants can interview during a campus visit and then receive a decision on admission and scholarship within 24 hours.
Submit your application with all supporting materials before the event. We will contact you directly about the best time to schedule your interview for that day. The agenda for our next event includes a casual dinner with current students on Sunday before the event on Monday.
**April Done in a Week Dates Have Been Announced: April 12th-15th**
Students' Perspective of Done in a Day:
Done in a Day UPDATE for 2021:
The 2021 Done in a Day events will be repackaged and rebranded as a virtual event called Done in a Week. We will offer the same great programming, experiences, and access to faculty, staff, and current students, but in a virtual format that spans three days which will allow for a more flexible format for students to attend multiple portions of the event over the span of three days while still adhering to the CDC's recommendations and Baylor's safety practices. We will have a Done in a Week event in February and again in April. Check back for updates on specific dates and links to register!
