Luke Smith earned his MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Administration and his BBA in Economics from Baylor University. After his undergraduate studies, the St. Louis, Missouri native served as Special Assistant to the President at Baylor University. While in the graduate program at Baylor, Luke served as Administrative Resident with Kaiser Permanente in Vallejo, California, where he was an advisor to the COO and Area Quality Leader and managed a number of quality-related projects and patient data-focused efforts. Luke currently serves as Executive Consultant with Kaiser Permanente in Oakland, California, dealing with national operations strategy and implementation.
