Mark McMullen earned his MBA and JD from Baylor University and his BS in Marketing and Legal Studies from Indiana University. Prior to his graduate studies, Mark served multiple roles with Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies in Kentucky, Southern Indiana, and Florida. While at Baylor, the Milwaukee, Wisconsin native competed on Baylor Law School’s moot court team and served as Senior Executive Editor on the Baylor Law Review. Mark served as Associate – Corporate & Securities with Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, PC, where he focused on transactional law for clients including M&A activity, venture capital, financing, and more. Mark currently serves as Associate – Corporate & Securities for Jackson Walker, LLP in Dallas, Texas.
