Application Requirements - Business School

General application requirements are below. Program-specific requirements can also be accessed through links below.

Transcripts

A Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution in the United States, or proof of equivalent training at a foreign university, is required.

Applicants should scan and upload PDF versions of transcripts from each undergraduate and graduate institution in which a degree was earned. Unofficial transcripts must be translated into English before submission.

If offered admission, you will be required to provide official transcripts from degree-granting colleges or universities, as requested.

Official Transcripts must:

  • include the facsimile signature of the registrar
  • bear the seal of the issuing institution

Paper transcripts must be in a sealed envelope from the issuing institution and mailed to:

Electronic transcripts can be sent from: eScrip-SAFE, PARCHMENT, National Student Clearinghouse, and Credentials Inc. to the Business School at:

grad_business_transcripts@baylor.edu.

Baylor does not accept electronic transcripts sent by registrars or third-party entities in any other format.

U.S. Persons Official transcripts must be received by the first day of class, a registration hold will prevent you from registering the following semester.

International Persons If admitted, you must send official transcripts from EACH college or university attended. Proof of degree is required for each degree you have earned. Official documents must include the title and date of the degree conferred. Official documents are required to verify admission, which you need before you can start the I-20 issuance process.

If the language of instruction at your institution is not English, you must provide:

  • Original-language copies of all transcripts and diplomas/academic certificates; AND
  • A separate, word-for-word, English-language translation of all academic records submitted. The translation can come directly from the school or a professional, certified translator such as World Education Services (WES).

Test Scores

Unofficial copies of test scores are sufficient for the application review process and can be uploaded to your Application Portal.

Official test score reports are required if you are admitted. Baylor's CEEB code is 6032.

Confirm with your prospective program which tests are required (GRE/GMAT).
