Rui Li is a research associate in the Institute of Finance and Trade Economics of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in Beijing. She currently is a McBride Fellow (visiting scholar) at Baylor University. She holds a BA from the Inner Mongolia College of Finance and Economics, an MA from the Heilongjiang College of Commerce, and a PhD in economics from the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. She is the author of R&D Investment of Transnational Corporations in China (2004), and many academic papers and research reports.
